DANCE OF FIRE

I wrote the content on this blog with sincere and holy intentions with the knowledge that I had at the time... We live, learn and amend...as errors are exposed and more truths are revealed...

Only GOD is perfect. It's vital that you seek the Lord to expose any errors that you've embraced. Please ask Him to expose any areas of darkness to you and for what is necessary to do to dispossess what's NOT of truth.

POETRY: DANCE OF FIRE

Flames of fire dance joyfully as dreams of fervor conjure up images of red hot passion for the gusto of life.

Sizzle, spark, explode -

Fireballs light up the sky. Wow! a thunder flash with a clap -

The flames are vivid with the awesome glow of orange colors blended with yellow highlights that accent the blaze.

This display is the bomb torched with a rocket plan. Such rapture has lit our fire. We are dynamite on this journey.

Come on fire, fall on us. Pour your liquid potency. Ignite our souls that we may be engulfed with magnified intensity.

Blow up our hearts. Dance with us....

Sandra

DOES GOD LIE?

Greetings -

Scriptures are from the King James Bible.

Of course, the answer to the question is, no GOD does not lie.

Titus 1:2
In hope of eternal life, which God, which cannot lie, promised before the world began.

Proverbs 6:16-19
These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:

A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,

An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,

A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Colossians 3:9
Lie not one to another,...

Psalm 101:7
He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.

Proverbs 14:5
A faithful witness will not lie: but a false witness will utter lies.

Revelation 21:27
And there shall no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

Revelation 21:8
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone:...

Prayer:

Lord, we who are called by Your name, are commanded to be truth thinkers, truth speakers, and truth doers.  We need to be credible, faithful, dependable, reliable and indeed true to our words.   You, Father, are absolute truth.  You have called us to represent You in honorable ways.  No, we cannot be perfect.  Only You have claim to perfection.  But surely, we can steadfastly aim to be people who live truth.  Otherwise, how dare we profess that You are our Father.  Certainly, You are the Father of truth.  Your Holy Bible says this about who is the father of lies:

John 8:44
Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do.  He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him.  When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Lord, we need to draw nigh to You so that we can successfully resist the devil and his evil ways.  We can only conquer when we abide in You, Your Son Jesus, and Your Holy Ghost.  Without You, we can do nothing.

John 15:5
I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me, ye can do nothing.

Thank You, Lord, that You allow all to breathe Your air.  We owe You ALL of us, Father, so says Your Word in Mark 12:30, "And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment."  Our lives are not our own to do as we please for You are the Creator of all that breathes. You command that we steadfastly do Your will if we expect to please You, and to reap the benefits of living Your full gospel truths.

Zechariah 1:3
...Turn ye unto me, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will turn unto you,...

John 10:10
..I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

  1. No,God can not lie or break His own covenants. That is the reason why Jesus had to die on the cross for us, someone had to pay the penalty for sin..because God required a penalty for sin since the fall of man in the garden of Eden. This could not be changed without God going against His own word and breaking His own law.

~God Bless and keep you safe and healthy in 2012~

Perhaps this will be the year Jesus calls His bride home?
If so, I will look forward to meeting you there Sandra!

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
    (James 4:7-8)

  2. God is not a liar, He is Truth. There is no darkness found in Him for He Himself is light. Satan is a trickster, an angel of light so he disguises himself and many people fall for it. If only people would check things with the word of God then the lie would be uncloaked.

Good verses Sandra thanks for sharing what God is laying on your heart.

    Blessings,

  3. Definitely, God never lies, He can't... it's not His nature. His word stands true, and will last for all eternity!

What a gift to us God's word is... and Jesus says He is the Way, the TRUTH, and the Life...

Sandra, I couldn't let this year end without me dropping by here to tell you I am thankful to God for the gift of your friendship. I have no doubt the New Year will usher in blessings of peace and joy and provision for you and for me!

    Love

  4. It is true, God cannot lie. If we are born again and have the Holy Spirit and follow Him, we will not lie. Jesus said, "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come." (John 16:13) The Holy Spirit will always lead us to God through Jesus who is the truth. There is no place in the Kingdom of Heaven for liars. "And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life." (Revelation 21:27)
