Hi -
I posted this on Facebook today. One Christian man there replied, "I almost cried when I read your post."

GOD knows who this is for:
Don't expect all Christians to understand your GOD assigned missions.
When GOD tells you to delete someone from your account, please do as He leads. And in other areas, it is vitally important to obey GOD whether other people understand or not. We don't need to explain our actions...unless GOD instructs to do so.
There are Christians who will falsely accuse and rail against your anointing. Seek the Lord to learn if you've done anything wrong and need to repent and amend wrong ways...
But please know that there will be times when you are INDEED abiding in GOD and folks will believe that you're not. Remember how Job's friends falsely accused him and later GOD rebuked them. - Job 42 - KJV.
Keep your focus on the will of GOD above all that seeks to disturb your holy missions.
Truth be told, there are some people, Christians included, that aren't part of GOD'S plan for your engagement with them. That doesn't necessarily mean that they aren't GOD'S children but it can mean that they shouldn't be a part of your fellowshipping.
When even well meaning people get in GOD'S way for what He's doing relative to your assignments for Him, GOD needs to move them out of your way to keep you firmly in the lane that He's appointed for you for the advancement of His kingdom...
And then there are some people that have Christian labels but NOT Christian fruits.
Matthew 15:8, 9 - KJV
This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and hounoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
Philippians 3:2 - KJV
Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers,...
2 Corinthians 6:17 - KJV
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord,...

Confident Understanding
ReplyDeleteHi Sandra,
ReplyDeleteI can't remember where this particular passage is at the moment, but I think it's a perfect example of what you're addressing in this post. The passage I'm referring to is that of the prophet whom God told not to go either to a certain town or in a certain direction. Then another prophet of the Lord told him that he should go. I believe the second prophet told him, "the Lord said" he should go. The first prophet went against what the Lord originally told him directly and proceeded any way based on the instruction from the second prophet. As a result of his disobedience the Lord used the second prophet to prophesy to him that because of his disobedience he would die.(If you find the passage before me, please post it as a reference.)
I find this passage very insightful. Know what God is saying to you and stand your ground no matter what other Christians may think of you or try to persuade you to do otherwise. In some instances, it could be a matter of life or death, and not necessarily your life or death, but maybe even that of another's.
Sorry I don't have the scripture reference right now. I'll look for it and send it to you.
God bless!
